I'm so excited about the growth Cacti Wellness has experienced over the past couple of years, and with so many IRL events and product launches coming up this year - we wanted to create a home base.
Think of this newsletter as the CW hub and your weekly dose of productive wellness - we’ll be rounding up our current wellness fixations, productivity hacks, and we’ll keep you in the loop on what’s going on in the Cacti community!
That being said, I know how newsletters can get... so we promise to keep it brief, informative, and aesthetic (duh).

Coconut water has been trending as a super healthy beverage, but is it really as miraculous as they say? Let's break it down.
The Pros: Coconut water packs a nutritional punch with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and electrolytes. Its high water content also makes it a thirst-quenching way to stay hydrated. Some evidence even suggests it may help prevent kidney stones and replenish electrolytes lost during moderate exercise.
The Cons: The natural sugars can spike blood sugar levels, especially on an empty stomach. Those with diabetes or kidney disease may need to limit or avoid it altogether. And while hydrating, it lacks sufficient electrolytes to fully replace those lost during intense endurance activities.
Our opinion? If you like it, drink it. But, water with a clean electrolyte (like LMNT) is a healthier option. More detail on Vouge Britain.
