A Note From Our Founder


Morning, Angels! We're officially SOLD OUT of The Bands... in under a month. Pinch me! I know I'm a broken record at this point, but WOW, it's such a thrill watching you all receive your bands and loving them as much as we do.

If you missed them, don't worry! We'll be restocking by the beginning of September, and will share those details here, as always :)

The event circuit is picking back up in NYC and I'm here for it. Running Cacti Wellness is my full time job, but I also create content for social media and as part of that, attend a lot of brand events. It's always so fun to see what brands are up to and to get inspired by the ways they activate and market their products and launches. I've discovered most of the brands we work with and/or share in the newsletter through events like these, so they're a very important part of my job. Always happy to share more behind the scenes info on "influencing", so let me know if you have any specific questions!

NYC Angels!! We're popping up 2x in September for Sunset Pilates Sculpt on the NOMO SoHo Penthouse Terrace. We love this space (we hosted our Bands Launch Event here) and we're so excited to have you experience it too! Protein Pasta Salad

6 Simple Ingredients // Ready in 20 Minutes



Ingredients

Banza Pasta (al dente) 

3 Mini Persian Cucumbers 

1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes 

1/2 Red Onion

1 Small Can of Black Olives

Italian Dressing (fresh)


Directions

Boil water and cook protein pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, chop all vegetables and place them in a large bowl. Strain the pasta and mix in with the vegetables. Drizzle the desired amount of dressing. Toss together & enjoy!

The olympics may be over, but we're still taking tips from these incredible athletes. If you know us, then you understand how much we prioritize optimal sleep. Recently, we listened to the Diary of a CEO episode, The Woman Who Helps Athletes Sleep: Stop Having Showers Just Before Bed! New Science! ‘Nappuccino’ Phenomenon You Need To Know! and are loving their sleep-related advice. As the title suggests, Dr. Cheri Mah, a sleep scientist who works closely with elite athletes, speaks on how to improve sleep performance and the science backing these hacks.
